My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The room had issues like a cracked ceiling, mouldy carpet with lumps, and curtains that looked like they belonged in a haunted house. The staff were unhelpful and didn't even bother making an effort for my wife's birthday surprise. The lack of basic amenities like a remote control and central heating was frustrating, and navigating through the poorly maintained property was a hassle.
